Jeff S. // President & COO

Jeff is an experienced founder and operator who built his second company, Fiberspark, into a seven-figure ARR fiber Internet provider straight out of college. With over 15 years of leadership across telecom and software, he brings deep operational and growth expertise to his role at Arkshore. Jeff’s track record of scaling infrastructure businesses, combined with disciplined execution, positions him to drive growth and long-term value creation.

Peter C. // Executive Chairman

Peter is a 3x entrepreneur with one exit and more recently the Founder of StartupTree, the leading university entrepreneurship platform serving 200,000+ users worldwide. He previously held leadership roles as Assistant Director of the Cornell eLab accelerator and Director of Cornell eHub, supporting hundreds of ventures. Peter combines a proven record of building scalable businesses with a strong commitment to Arkshore's mission of stewarding for multiplication and Kingdom impact.

Samuel K. // Controller

Samuel oversees finance, accounting, and corporate controls for Arkshore Pathway and its portfolio companies. With over 14 years of experience across strategy, finance, and business development, he previously served as Corporate Controller at Samsung Corning Precision Glass, where he led restructuring and helped contribute towards $1.5B annual revenues through new business diversifications. Samuel holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Kris D.
Former Chairman and CEO. Under his leadership, his company grew to $150 million annual sales, now approaching $300 million. Kris has written three books on leadership, and living by faith.

Craig D.
Former CEO, with offices and hundreds of employees in the U.S., U.K., UAE and Canada. Craig’s passion is to be a servant leader and help others in developing their leadership and management skills.

Jonathan H.
Licensed attorney and is recognized as a Board Certified Specialist by the Florida Bar attained by less than 1% of FL attorneys. Jonathan has helped complete multiple $100M+ transactions.

Ben S.
19 years experience with Master's of Science Taxation and CPA license at age of 21. Specializing in Business Process Automation and serve as the head of Strombeck Consulting with 400 clients.
